Outbound Sales teams are constantly checking emails to communicate with prospects. An AI/ML tool that categorised emails based on positive/negative sentiment would enable faster replies to engaged prospects, and enable smart communication to negative replies – a decision hierarchy made up of specific objections would allow for automated replies based on the sentiment received.
